Participating in FFC ride for Kidscan

FFC is once again riding for a KidsCan. Any help towards the overall goal of $200,000 to KidsCan would be appreciated.

To highlight the good work KidsCan does and their need for support, FFC will be riding 840km criss-crossing the North Island to end up on the start line of the Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge. A 160km lap of the lake will complete our KidsCan 1000.

We’re riding to raise money for Kidscan and help kiwi kids to learn with food in tummies, shoes on feet, and rain jackets to stay dry.

On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
