I’m tattooing donor’s names on my right leg to raise funds for organisations working with LGBTQIA+ and homeless youth in New Zealand.
Auckland
For my 18th birthday I’d like to tattoo your name on my leg. Why? To raise much needed funds for three New Zealand organisations doing important work with LGBTQIA+ and homeless youth. Rainbow Youth, OUTline NZ and Auckland City Mission need our help now more than ever and this might just be crazy enough to do a little good.
For every $50, I’ll tattoo one name on my right leg. It can be your name, nickname or the name of someone significant to you. Your Dad, maybe? He’d love it.
The specifics:
- $50 = one full name (i.e. first and last name).
- If you’re nominating a name other than your own, only their first name will be tattooed out of courtesy unless you can provide evidence of their express permission.
- Want more than one name tattooed? That’s a-okay! Every $50 entitles you to one name (first and last, of course) so a $100 donation, for example, is equal to two names. What about $75, you ask? That’s just one name.
- Please make the name you would like tattooed clear when you donate.
All money raised over the course of the fundraiser will be divided equally between the three organisations.
Absolutely no money from this fundraiser will go toward the cost of the tattoos. Tattoo design and placement remains entirely within my discretion but you can rest assured that both will be undertaken in the spirit of the fundraiser.
Any and all donations are welcome but $50 is the minimum for a very permanent name on my gorgeous right leg.
Your donation will never be forgotten. While I’m around anyway...
