I'm going bald for mental health

If you know me well, you will know how much I LOVE MY HAIR.....

In saying that it's time to give my hair a cause.....

Now you'll also know I can't grow a really COOL mustache....

So this year for movember instead of growing I will be shaving!.....

My story's very up and down, with alot of sad times but also happy times.... I've struggled with mental health for YEARS.....

And I still am.....

And if you ever ask I will always tell you honestly

That I'm living the dream even if the day is complete garbage.

BUT through the support of my family, gorgeous wife and new beautiful son my long days don't seem so long.

I've listened, watched And suffered with so many mates!

And I've even lost a couple on the journey!

So I'm fundraising for them.... and the support systems that they need!

Bros it's okay to not be okay.....

So help me raise well needed funds to keep the support that all us men need, a little goes a long way.

Fundraising will be done all month, and final day for my hair will be the 30th of November.

Venue of sacrifice of where my hair will leave my head is at the grosvenor timaru on the 30th of November,

This will also be a fundraising day so a little spare change might be a goer
