Kia ora!

Special Olympics New Zealand offers a year-round programme of sports training and competition for children and adults with an intellectual disability.

Im currently training for my second 1/2 Marathon and was thinking about how I could give back to others in our community. My work, Outward Bound, offers an awesome range of courses for those in NZ who live day to day with an impairment/disability, physical or intellectual. When on course, these students bring so much energy and enthusiasm to the school and they inspire everyone around them to be the best they can be. I would love to help contribute this community in providing access to sport and recreation and continue to inspire me and others to make the most of each experience.

Feel free to follow alone with my training journey here- https://www.instagram.com/natw_fitness/

Thank you for reading and supporting us with our journeys.
