Raising funds to enable Surrogate Grandparents to achieve their goals to bring together generations to prevent social isolation in NZ.

As the Founder and Operations Manager for all things Surrogate Grandparents, I want to lead by example and start 2019 with a bang, by kicking off the first of our fundraising activities.

We have a number of projects that we want to get off the ground and running like clockwork this year including:

- Our Family Match programme - connecting families with Surrogate Grandparents to forge long lasting friendships and family bonds

- Our Intergenerational Playgroups - coordinating local rest homes and playgroups to enjoy time together.

- Our Grand Tour - promoting our services to communities around New Zealand so that we can unite more families with Grandparents and our elderly community with families to prevent social isolation and loneliness.

- Grandparents Day 2019 - help us bring more thanks and love and show appreciation to all the grandparents of New Zealand.

However in order to do all this - we need funding!
