    The weather was perfect for Dan's trek up and down Mt Tapuae-o-Uenuku. Unfortunately it seems the tracker stopped working part-way up, but he reached the summit at about 9am (after a 5am start) and back to the carpark just after 1pm - 8 hours and 3 minutes! All went very smoothly. There was some snow around, but it was patchy enough so it could be avoided

    A few friends were there in support at various points of the journey, and Dan is really happy with how it all went.

    Thank you all so much for your generous donations! There are 2 and a half weeks until Dan does his big mission - we hope the good weather holds!

    We would also like to give a huge thank you to Track Me who have donated a tracker for Dan to use during the run so everyone can watch his progress on the day.
