I will be attempting to run 300kms for Men's Health Month this June. It is something extremely important to me seeing as it so often gets neglected, Especially the mental health side of it. Anxiety and depression is something a lot of men deal with but never seek help until it's too late or because its frowned upon, weak or soft. I have dealt with anxiety and depression a lot over the years and want to raise awareness that it is okay as a guy to open up about your feelings/problems that you deal with.
