mitre 10 mega 28km walk fundraiser for Canteen HB! Support Lochie and teens living with cancer! Thanks for all your generous Donations xx
Hawke's Bay
Lochie was diagnosed with a brain tumour at age 4 1/2 and age 11. He is clear of any regrowth at this stage. Removal of the craniophrangioma meant the removal of his pituitary gland and will be on daily life saving medication for the rest of his life. Not only Lochie but our entire family have been supported by canteen Hb over the past 5 yrs and we want to give back by saying THANKYOU, by means of a financial donation. I have registered for the 28km mitre10mega wAlk on November 4th 2018. Hastings to Napier. Last year Lochie and I walked the 15km. This year, it’s 28km. (Lochies health isn’t best at the moment so still deciding on the length he will walk) I’m crazy! 🤪 hot HB sun.... beating the feat... but what a spectacular view! This amazeballs charity organisation do the behind the scenes stuff - financial, educational, social, emotional support that just take a little bit of stress off a journey that is already a heavy load to bare. Please help me in thanking Canteen HB by donating whatever you can afford, so that the continued support for cancer kids and their families can continue xx
Lochie is a 17 year old patient member of canteen HB, through the discovery of a craniophrangioma brain tumor at age 4 1/2 and again at 11. Emily is a sibling member. Mollie and Aimee will join when they turn 13. We want to say a huge THANKYOU for their continued support - both emtionally and socially, educationally and financially. They are superhero’s that don’t wear capes....
