Keeva’s First Haircut

Keeva is 5 years old and has NEVER had a Haircut.

When she asked us one day - Why do people wear wigs, and what are they made out of? She couldn’t believe it was real hair!

On Wednesday 14th of December 2022 Gemma from Good Hair & Co. in Timaru will be cutting my little girls hair, and Keeva will be sending it off to Freedom Hair to be made into a wig for someone who needs it.

At the moment Keeva’s hair looks to be suitable for making - Being uncoloured, undyed and not permed or hennaed - also having not been processed in any way and longer than 14 inches (35.5 cm) long.

We have decided to pick a charity to benefit from the hair giving payment we receive, and along with your help supporting Keeva in her first ever cut we figured you might be able to drop a little spare change for Make-a-Wish New Zealand ~ as its a big ask to lop off your mane at such a young age!!
