Swimming nude to fundraise for breast cancer support services.

Bay of Plenty

I’m participating in the Nude Dude Swim – a 100m swim to raise money for breast cancer support services in the Western Bay of Plenty. Please support me to support them by sponsoring my swim. No matter how little – it all counts.

Breast cancer has affected my immediate family and many in my circle of friends. Breast Cancer support services are a group of wonderful volunteers who do a fantastic job in guiding and comforting those affected by breast cancer. The least I can do is to take a naked plunge to help support this amazing service.

In socialising with Ngaire, a BOP volunteer, my partner became aware of this amazing service and was keen to know how she could help ... she promptly put my name forward as a naked swimmer!

Job done!  1 March 2021

A huge thank you to all who supported, encouraged and donated. An enjoyable swim, though a little uncomfortable in more ways than one! Fun and rewarding in the way that getting out of your comfort zone generally is.

Nice to be able to support such a great cause.

Thanks again.
