Nelson/Marlborough Helicopter Trust will use donations from this site for a specific project in memory of Ken who has been supporting the Trust with his unique electronic expertise. Throughout his career Ken used his skills to assist with crime detection, law enforcement, national security, emergency response and safer communities throughout New Zealand.

This would enhance the ability of rescue helicopter crews to make timely and effective decisions about weather and visibility in some of the more remote areas we can be tasked to. Having immediate access to live pictures ensures decision making is based on high quality information, keeping crews safe while facilitating medical rescue whenever this is feasible" GCH Aviation

To perform each life saving mission, keep the crew trained, purchase vital medical and operational equipment, the Trust requires approximately $1.2m annually of community funding to meet the shortfall."
