Kicks for Kids - Kickathon -Masen Schlaepfer
Inspired by Dan Carter, I will be kicking rugby goals for 6 hours at Lyon Park in Whitianga to raise funds for Gumboot Friday.

Hi, my name is Masen Schlaepfer and I am a 12 year old, rugby mad boy, who lives in Whitianga. I was inspired one night while watching one of my favourite All Blacks, Dan Carter, kicking goals for 24 hours to raise money for UNICEF. I too, love kicking rugby goals and you will often find me doing this in my spare time! So I mentioned to my parents that I would like to do something similar for the Gumboot Friday Charity. So on the 10th of December 2022, I will be kicking goals for 6 hours to help raise money, so that kids like myself can receive free counselling.
