Kids and cancer, let's do our part ...

$3,570 of $20,000 goal

Have you ever saw a kid suffer from cancer? Please help me raise $20,000 in the next 7 weeks.

Canterbury

Have you ever saw a kid suffer from cancer? If you have then you will know the heartbreak you felt, and the pain in their eyes. Not to mention the impact it has on their entire family and community. Of all the charities, I felt like this is the one that I want to support on the lead up to Christmas. If I am able to raise $20,000 with your help then I know it will make a HUGE impact on these youngsters and their families.

What is Christmas all about? Giving or receiving? Please help me on this mammoth mission. I am going to have milestone challenges were I will do ridiculous things like get my legs waxed, go shopping dressed as Elsa with my 3 year-old, give up chocolate for a year, not speak for a day, spend $1000 of my own money to buy gifts for children suffering from cancer and a few more interesting little twists.

I have witnessed children who have suffered through cancer, and who have lost family members. It is heart breaking and I just want to do a small part to help in some way.

As promised, I squeezed into a Princess Dress  18 November 2019

Well folks - just a little update to say a HUGE thank you for helping me to get over the $2k mark. And as promised I slipped into a very beautiful blue Elsa dress, wig and even got the makeup on. I headed down to the local supermarket with Finn dressed as Elsa too. We managed to raise more money, have fun and raise some awareness.

The next goal is $3k - where I will refrain from talking for a day... man oh man that's gonna be tricky.
