I want to raise funds to help support Mates in Construction. The mental heath condition and suicide rates in the Construction industry are horrifying. Mates in Construction are aiming to create safe working environments where workers can navigate the stress of the job and learn healthy coping methods so that suicide is no longer the option. Mates in Construction aim to be proactive rather than reactive.
