Hello friends. I am super proud to be of the organising team for this event. Our goal is to #turnthetide against Family Violence in northwest Auckland and raise $25,000 for our local women's refuge.

So, a couple of options for you:

1. Join me and a bunch of others to do the walk! Register now and join the 15 kilometre walk along Muriwai (that's the fun option).

2. Donate a few dollars to the cause by supporting me via my GiveALittle page (the equally heart-warming but less sandy option).

Go on. Be a champion for women and children who deserve better.
