Kia Ora team,

What’s going on in Aussie at the moment is absolutely devastating, and as I was standing on flags this morning feeling helpless about it I wondered what we could do.

We are a pretty big team of lifeguards with good hearts and I thought it could be really awesome if we all band together and support the fellow emergency service that are the firefighters working tirelessly across across the ditch.

If we all donate one flags shift worth of moolah ($15 ish) we could rack up a decent amount and donate it to these guys who are putting their lives on the line to save their local communities.

As a big team of kiwi lifeguards I think it’s so important that we band together and support our fellow emergency services across the ditch. Australian firefighters are putting their lives on the line to help their local communities.
