Raising funds for Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinsons, Canterbury, New Zealand to move out of their earthquake damaged building by Hiking the entire length of the Kungsleden Trail (440 Km, 28 days) in August/September 2017 self-supported.
The Multiple Sclerosis & Parkinson’s Society of Canterbury was established in 1962 and has been actively involved in the community for over 50 years. They offer professional support, information and education for people with, and those providing care for people with, Multiple Sclerosis or Parkinson’s.
The Society is currently based at an old site which was damaged during the Christchurch earthquake and is likely to be demolished, consequently a new premises is being sought and they need our help!
This is a cause close to my heart, both being from Christchurch and having a family member living with Multiple Sclerosis, and so I have decided to hike the entire length of the Kungsleden Trail in Sweden (440 km) self-supported in August/September 2017.
Please help by donating to this very worthy cause - every little counts!
