Enter details of your update here so much for well laid plans....still off training waiting for ribs to heal.....not good......add to that a cateract op sometime in the next 4mths.....while a quick op the only restriction is 2 weeks out of the water.....lets hope it is all over before first swim at Pahia 22 Nov........being able to see is probably the priority I guess.....just hope you lovely donors won't pull the plug on me.....looks like I'm trying to pull the plug on myself!!!!!!......hopefully I can be back in the water within a couple of weeks.....cheers.....Les
