The lockdowns over the past two years have been particularly difficult for people who struggle with depression. It can sometimes feel like walking through the mud! Our goal is for the dance community in Auckland to unite together and use our passion for dance to raise awareness and funds for the cause.
This event is powered by Glass Ceiling Arts Collective; a charity which offers accessible performance Art classes to young people with and without a disability.
The Dance-a-thon is this Friday 12th Nov 2021 from midday !!!

WE DID IT!!! YOU DID IT!!!
Thank you to everyone who donated to Glass Ceiling Arts Collective's Dance-a-thon in support of the I Am Hope Gumboot Friday appeal. Together we all raised an incredible $1365 which will help young people who face challenges with their mental health.
We particularly want to thank Louise Wilkie and Josh Morris for organising the event, and all the incredible dancers who took part!!! Well done team!!!
We look forward to seeing everyone at our next Dance-a-thon fundraiser next year.
