On 26th June, I’m taking the plunge in the Big Splash to support an amazing cause and help make a difference in our community.

It’s all about stepping outside the comfort zone, having some fun, and raising awareness and support for those who need it most. Every donation and bit of encouragement means a lot — let’s do this!

The Raine & Horne Big Splash

The Raine & Horne Big Splash is a community fundraiser where locals raise funds and take an icy plunge to support Rachel’s House Trust.

On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
