Mental health is a serious thing to deal with and I’ve had to deal with it myself, it’s not fun. So I want to do my part in helping.

Otago

For awhile now I’ve been thinking of trying to fund raise for a charity/ organisation. As being one who has had to deal with mental illness and also a physical illness it can be really hard on you, you don’t think right and you tend to feel to scared to ask for help. But getting help is the best thing you can ever do! So I will be shaving my head clean for NZ Mental Health Foundation , I will be sorting out a bank account for people to deposit into. The goal is $500.00 dollars to go to the Mental Health Foundation, i will be live streaming this on my Facebook. If you feel like you want to join me, then message me!
