Using Fitness to raise money for Mental Health to help others like it helped me

Hello!
I'm Jordan and this week, my life turned upside down. On Saturday my dad was given days to live as a stomach tumor burst. Sunday evening he passed away. The next morning around 10am I had a call from someone which led to the breakdown of my 8 year relationship! My life was shattered! My dad was gone, my family was going to be torn apart - I thought there was nothing left, I was at my lowest point in my life!
Around 8 weeks ago I had a suicide attempt which lead me back to therapy (I used to do therapy in the past) and I strongly believe that thanks to the therapy sessions, even though now I am in a deeper and darker place than I was 8 weeks ago, suicide is not an option! So, I am wanting to raise as much money as I can to help those who cannot afford therapy/counselling sessions to get the treatment they need and have it help them like it has helped me!
After this week I've had people reach out for coffee and beer catch ups which have been AMAZING however, not everyone who wants to support me can meet for a coffee. SO! Please donate what you want but think about it as a $5 donation is a coffee with me and a $10 is a beer!
How will I raise money? Well, For every $100 raised I will complete a MURPH Workout. What is a MURPH workout? -
1.6km run (1 mile)
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 body weight squats
1 mile run
I'm not the fittest or strongest so mentally and physically this will be hard and a HUGE challenge.
