I am shaving my head to fundraise for the Cancer Society in support of cancer patients. Help me to help them by donating to this cause.

Canterbury

I am Lexi Richards and in less than a month I will be cutting not just my ponytail, but all of of my hair. I will go from being the longest haired member of my family, to the shortest haired.

I have decided to shave my head to raise money for the Cancer Society. Help me to support our regions Cancer Society, who support New Zealand's cancer patients in their time of need.

Almost everyone is influenced by cancer in some way, whether it be experiencing cancer themselves or knowing somebody else affected. I'm fundraising money to help support the people I know who have experienced cancer first hand, and also the many other people fighting a battle against cancer.

I'm shaving my head to support the people who have undergone or will undergo chemotherapy, and as a result lose their hair. My hair will also be donated to 'Freedom Wigs' to be made into wigs for people who have undergone chemotherapy and also people with alopecia.

Big or small, any donations can make a large difference on someone's life. Help me to support our local Cancer Society by making a donation.
