Little People, Big Feelings

Fixing Youth Mental health is a team effort.

Miramar, Wellington

A 10 hour triathlon and continuous movement using 3 machines. We understand that mental health is a continuous battle but we cant get stuck in the mud and we have to keep moving forward.

Our 10 hour Tri represents the continuous discussion that needs to be had about mental health, the continuous struggle that our country goes through every day with depression, anxiety and suicide. It represents the 10 thousand children that I am Hope have already helped by providing free counselling.

We are one small community but if we come together, allow ourselves to be vulnerable, share our struggles and show our youth we are human and this is normal. You never know the impact you could have even just on 1 child when you show them its ok to have those feelings and hard conversations.

So please give up that 1 morning coffee and use that money to make a difference, your donation whatever it is will always be a big help.
