This year Loúka CrossFit have chosen WELLINGTON FREE AMBULANCE as our charity to give back to as a community, a great cause that helped Luca ( our gyms name sake) who helped Georgie and family with Luca and the many trips to Wellington Hospital, Starship Children's Hospital and throughout Luca's medical journey!
Luca gained his wings on the 3rd October 2021 at 3yrs old after many complications and on going health issues. He taught us that strength comes from within, life in fact is too short and the people that support you are everything!!
Wellington Free Ambulance is just one of the many charity's that helped our little Luca so let's help them help as many other families as we can!!!
We will be completing workouts throughout the week in Luca’s name, design and carefully thought out which include all things Luca Tuari Cordalis-Stubbs.
