Mahi for Mental Health. Help us raise as much funds as possible for I Am Hope.

On 11 -12 June F45 studios from across NZ are uniting to support I Am Hope.

With the aim of raising awareness for mental health issues across New Zealand, as well as raising funds for I Am Hope studios are rowing 654kms, one for every kiwi who committed suicide in 2020, followed by completing 3500 burpees, one for every kiwi who attempted suicide.
