Tasman Bay CrossFit’s support of F45’s Mahi for Mental Health

Richmond, Tasman

We are super excited to announce that we getting involved in F45s Mahi for Mental Health with all proceeds going to the I Am Hope Foundation!

On the 29th of July between 6am and 11am, we have 4 of our coaches from Tasman Bay CrossFit on the mission to complete 3,500 burpees in less than 5 hours.

Why 3,500? This is the estimated number of attempted suicides in NZ EVERY year. Suicide rates in NZ are alarming and you don’t have to go too far to find someone who is or has been effected by mental health or suicide.

We will be coming together at Richmond F45 to complete our mission and there are so many ways that you can be involved too.

Join in on our crew! Shadow them to show your support.

Join in on the classes F45 are providing throughout Friday evening & Saturday morning!

Jump on an Erg to complete KMs towards their targets!
