Opening a dialogue about a great cause and bringing a community together to breach a conversation that is always worth talking about.

Milford Sound, Southland

This November 14th we will be running the Queenstown Marathon for a cause that is extremely prevalent throughout our communities, Suicide Awareness September & Movember.

Through this challenge, we hope to raise funds and help encourage more open conversations around mental health, particularly around Suicide Awareness September and Movember. Mental health can affect anyone, and sometimes simply starting a conversation can make a huge difference.

Over the next 10 weeks as well as training to run the furthest we have ever ran consistently before we are also looking to get as many people out and about in Milford Sound for some initiatives and a charity fun run.

All donations are welcomed and if you can’t no worries even sharing the page will make all the difference.

Thanks for taking the time to read a bit about our initiative and we hope to see as many supportive faces as we fall over the finish line.

Let’s do some good work for an incredible reason.

All the best,

Jamie Dempsey
