After experiencing Malcam Charitable Trust initiative Kowhai Grove and the Farmhand programme I was stoked to be given the opportunity to be part of the Toss the Boss fundraising initiative.
My role here at the Highlanders is in the Personal Development space working with and supporting the players explore their interests away from the rugby field and assisting them to make the most of the amazing opportunity they have of being involved in a high performance environment.
Supporting the Malcam Charitable Trust is a great fit as they work hard to give young people in our community an opportunity to develop themselves as well. Get on board and donate now.

On the morning of the 2nd June I'll be abseiling from the roof of Forsyth Barr Stadium 35 metres to the pitch below, fundraising for the Malcam Charitable Trust. All funds raised will go towards providing the youth of Otago experiences that enable them to discover who they are, and where they fit in.

Mental Preparation and Visualisation 25 May 2017
As part of any challenge it is vital to get the preparation right. Fortunately I am able to look out my office window and observe where I will be descending next Friday morning 2nd June. From this view it looks like there are a few tangle hazards.
