Max is running a marathon over 7 days to help our vulnerable elders in the community. He wants everyone to feel safe and not be lonely.
Canterbury
Eight-year-old Max is pretty happy in his bubble. His big sister can be a bit annoying and Mum & Dad have a few more rules than he would like, but he knows that there are many people in the community who have been locked down all by themselves and he worries about them being lonely and afraid. He wants to help.
Max has decided to run a marathon over a week to support Age Concern Canterbury in all the work they do to look after our vulnerable elderly, especially during this very hard time.
He is running 6.02km every day for seven days around our property.
Any donation you can spare will be gratefully received and will go directly to Age Concern Canterbury.
Mother and occasional running buddy to Max. Helping him raise funds for Age Concern Canterbury so they can continue to support the elderly in our community during these difficult times.
