Peter Whale and Callum Farnell are embarking on a 1,400km jetski ride from Stewart Island to Auckland fundraising for Melanoma New Zealand. This will be our 5th consecutive year participating in Ski nZ and we are very proud supporters of Melanoma New Zealand.
All donations go directly to Melanoma New Zealand which is a registered charitable trust devoted to issues relating to melanoma. Their mission is to prevent avoidable deaths and suffering from melanoma.
Pete and I will be covering all costs involved with participating in the event, navigating the coastline whilst raising funds.
Did you know New Zealand has the highest incidence rate of melanoma in the world. Over 4000 New Zealanders are diagnosed each year with melanoma. Around 300 New Zealanders die of melanoma every year. Your donation helps Melanoma New Zealand
with support and information for people with melanoma and their families.
We would very much like to thanks those that have supported us over the past five years and to these major supporters:
Contract Packaging and Storage Ltd
Spray Technologies
Eagles Nest
Ebos Group
Annandale
Maintenance Management BOP Ltd
The Duke of Marlborough Hotel, Russell
Jetski Junk
Farnell Consulting
Every little bit helps and sincere thanks for considering to support us.
We're involved because we are passionate supporters of Melanoma New Zealand and have first hand knowledge of how devastating Melanoma can be.
The 2017 Yamaha Melanoma NZ Ski-nZ Max will be an adrenalin packed adventure from Stewart to Auckland over 14 days & 1400 km's via jetski.
