Help me support the Malcam Charitable Trust in Toss the Boss 2017

Otago

Mike is currently the Director of External Relations, Communications and Marketing at Otago Polytechnic, a position he has held since 2001. He has a long association with the polytechnic having commenced teaching Mechanical Engineering in 1977 when the Polytechnic was still based up in Stuart street. Mike believes he is very privileged to be part of a very vibrant organisation that makes a difference to people's lives and the communities that they live in. Mike is currently a board member of the Malcam Foundation and is looking forward to the challenge of being Tossed from the stadium, knowing whatever happens is being done to support a good cause! Outside of work and being Tossed, Mike enjoys rowing, cycling, camping and fishing and spending time with family and grandchildren.

Mike Waddell's involvement (page creator)

On the morning of the 2nd June I'll be abseiling from the roof of Forsyth Barr Stadium 35 metres to the pitch below, fundraising for the Malcam Charitable Trust. All funds raised will go towards providing the youth of Otago experiences that enable them to discover who they are, and where they fit in.
