LETS GET MOVING FOR MENS MENTAL HEALTH.

RIGHT, I know I’m a tad late, apparently men’s mental health awareness month is a thing, so … let’s get cracking.
I will be tackling the mighty challenge of running 250km by the end of the month ( WoW ) if you can believe it or not, I think Movement is a killer of depression, so why not do more of it right ?? And try and raise $500 doing so!
If you can’t donate or choose not too, the most I can ask of you is to move this month, I find the exercise is so good for the mind, even if you are just go for for a short walk, let your mind breathe, let your body move, put down the phone and get out there !!
If we hit our goal I’ll do something stupid like get a dark spray tan or dye my hair leopard print!
These charities do good work your hard in money will go to help people in need of the help. I choose 2 of them because they do such good work.
