I am growing a mullét to show support and raise awareness for men struggling with depression and various other mental health issues, often as men, we find it difficult to voice our feelings and often feel alone in our fights. I am doing this to raise awareness for the guys out there who are really struggling, to let them know it’s ok to reach out and speak. Suicide rates in Men are too high but if I can do my bit to help raise these concerns, hopefully we can make a significant impact, ITS NOT WEAK TO SPEAK GUYS.
