Im excited and proud to be taking apart of this amazing event Hands of hope 2021

I've never been someone to put myself out there to this degree but this time I'm helping out and taking a stand for not only my mental health but the people in our community.

I want to help spread awareness that there is no shame in speaking up reaching out and asking for help.

Mental health is not something to be ashamed of and needs more recognition.
