My hair for a noble cause

    The day finally came for my appointment at the hairdresser. I was nervous but happy! I had my mum and dad with me and a lot of friends and schoolmates to support me.

    It didn't take long for the lady to cut the hair and in no time it was all gone! I was a bit disappointed when the lady said that my hair was to fine to be donated but I was overwhelmed by the support and encouragements I received.

    I wish to thank every one of you for your kindness and support and your kind donations!

    To all my supporters and donors: thank you to you all! For how much people are supporting me, I feel like I have gathered my own team. I am in awe that so many people care about this and recently I found out that someone close has cancer. There are not too many ways for a 10 years old girl to show she cares, but I hope that my new hair due will show. Thank you again for your donations and for helping me reaching my goal. I will let everybody know when I get closer to the date of my hairdresser appointment
