Participating in Drop For Far North Youth
Northland
At the Graeme Dingle Foundation they believe "what you have on the inside is greater than any obstacle you may face". In the spirit of that ethos, I am making the leap, 12,000 feet out of a plane, to help raise money towards the incredible work the foundation does here in our own community.
The Graeme Dingle Foundation Far North runs Kiwi Can and Career Navigator Nga Ara Whetu in 12 low decile schools reaching over 1000 young people in the Far North. These are proven and successful school-based programmes that aim to inspire young people to reach their full potential by helping to build their self-esteem, promote good values and teach valuable life, education and health skills.
The Graeme Dingle Foundation is an incredible organisation, offering our young people some amazing opportunities to become the best version of themselves. I am jumping so I can demonstrate to our tamariki and rangatahi that you can overcome any fear and achieve your goals with the right support and mind-set. All the funds I raise through my efforts go directly to the foundation to help them continue their mahi.
Help me support this critical work and donate to my skydive. Every bit helps!
Drop for Youth Far North 14 October 2021
Drop for Youth Far North It was an amazing day to Drop for Youth. The weather was beautiful and our 10 amazing Droppers had a great time at Skydive Bay of Islands. The smiles were huge as each one landed. We are so excited that we reached our target of $15,000 and would like to thank all involved for making this such a huge success. Over 1100 tamariki and rangatahi in the Far North will benefit for the funds raised.
Our Tamariki face many obstacles in this ever-changing world so we are inviting people from across the region to Drop for Youth!
