Hi friends - I'm having a Garden to Table Garden Party because I want NZ to be the healthiest nation in the world! I truly believe that food education and gardening to learn where food comes from is essential for the next generation. The Garden to Table programme has wide ranging benefits - educationally, health wise and even for mental health. How great to have our kids away from screens and in the garden learning about composting, worms and edible flowers!
