Beds for Parent Rooms at Auckland Hospital

As our daughter Aria was born 5 weeks premature, she had to spend 10 nights in NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) at Auckland Hospital with her while she was nursed to a good weight before being able to go home. Both Mum and Dad were provided with a Parent Room at the hospital so that we could stay close and keep up with her nightly feeds. The support and facilities provided by the staff and The Neonatal Trust were exceptional and we would love to give something back.

The Neonatal Trust has recently been given 5 more rooms at the hospital for which they are fundraising for 5 new double beds for parents of NICU babies. Any donation towards this would be greatly appreciated.
