Support me as I attempt to get off the couch, change my lazy ways and hike around Nelson/Tasman.

With each step, I hope to raise a little hope and some much needed funds for Make a Wish NZ.

Our team is working with the Make-A-Wish New Zealand team to raise funds to grant meaningful wishes to kids to give them hope, strength and joy at a very difficult time in their lives.

Currently there are 400 eligible children diagnosed every year a life threatening medical condition, of which, Make-A-Wish NZ have been able to grant 200 of these wishes, across the length and breadth of the country.

On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
