Fundraising for Key to Life

Auckland

Dear Friends

I hope during these difficult times you and your family are safe and healthy. This lockdown has been one of the most challenging we have faced together so far and has had a significant impact on many people in our community. I have personally been confronted by the devastating effects it can cause to one’s mental health and well-being.

The topic of mental health and suicide is often pushed aside in favour of less confronting subjects. However, we cannot ignore that we are living through a time of unprecedented stress and anxiety. This is taking its toll on so many people in ways we don’t always see until it is too late. I believe that we are sitting on the precipice of a health crisis, one in which we can only really fight with connection rather than isolation.

With this in mind, we have started a Givealittle fundraiser in the hopes of raising money for the Key to Life charity and the I AM HOPE group. These groups provide excellent mental health services for youths throughout New Zealand. We would greatly appreciate any help that you are able to give.

Do not hesitate to reach out to our team if you are struggling with your mental health. We care deeply for all of our practice members and are always here to help.

Thank you so much for your continued support.
