I'm taking part in Lift Free February to show my support for families living with Multiple Sclerosis!

Auckland

This February I will ditch the lift and take the stairs. Big deal you say! Well I work on the 26th floor of a building in the Auckland CBD. That's about 390 steps one-way or about 31,200 steps both-ways over the month!

Please support me so that Multiple Sclerosis Auckland can continue their fantastic work with the many thousands of families across the region that are living with MS.

Thanks!

Nick

Nicholas Kearns' involvement (page creator)

I created Lift Free February to show my support for families living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

My own family and friends are living with MS and I'm convinced that as a society we can do more to fund MS research and to provide the essential supports and services that people living with MS need to have a good life.

You are an inspiration Nicholas. Seeing how hard you have to work to get up and down 26 floors everytime you go in and out of the building is admirable.
