Nico will swim 16 kilometres, on international suicide prevention day to raise funds for the New Zealand Mental Health Founddation

Nico is going to swim 16 kilometres, on international suicide prevention day. This is to stop young people taking the same way out that my twin sister, Bethany took in July last year. All money raised will go to charities helping young people get through hard times. I appreciate your donations and thank you for supporting me on my journey
