Mike King from I Am Hope spoke at our company a few weeks ago and it really started conversations flowing at work, home and with friends. He was open and vulnerable, plus funny as f*** and got so many people to be open and vulnerable too. I knew that this is another charity that I wanted to support.

I AM HOPE has one goal - positive societal attitudinal change. We know our youth struggle with distressing self-talk and overthinking, leaving them feeling isolated and alone.

When we show them these thoughts are universal, we can give our kids a better life.
