NZIS 24-hour exercise challenge for mental health

Our NZIS level 6 diploma class is raising money for mental health on Gumboot day by exercising non-stop for 24 hours!!
We have chosen to fundraise for this organisation as we are part of the 19-25-year-old demographic who, due to stresses caused by Covid-19, CHCH earthquakes trauma, and everyday life, have a huge need for mental health support resources. Members of our class have suffered or have family members who suffer from mental health and can appreciate the need for greater accessibility to counselling.
We are running a 24-hour exercise challenge where members of our class will be exercising non-stop from 6 am on Thursday 3rd November - 6 am Friday 4th November. We would appreciate any support in raising money for this amazing cause!
