Olivia shaves her head for kids with cancer

Hi there,

My name is Olivia McIndoe, I’m 13 years old and I am off to start college next year.

I have decided at the end of this year I will shave my head to raise money for The Child Cancer Foundation. I am also going to be donating my hair through Freedom Wigs to help create wigs for the children too.

I’m trying to raise $3000 so need all the help I can get.

I decided to do this after watching a series on Netflix call Alexa and Katie, where the main character has cancer and her best friend shaves her head for her. I know just how fortunate I am to have a healthy life and I want to make a difference for the kids who are not as lucky as me.

Like I said I am going to be started college soon; new school, braces and a shaved head sounds like a great idea to me.
