Driving across the world to support mental health in Aotearoa!

Kia Ora all!

We wanted to say a massive, massive thank you to everyone who has donated money to our cause. It truly means so much to us, the team at Life Matters, and those who use their services.

We just wanted to give an update on where we are with our planning (if you can call it that!), and how our route is changing!

Car:

We have all but secured a vehicle for our journey. Some of you may have seen a sneak peak on the Otago Daily Times article, and we’re excited to show you all once we have it in our hands!

Route:

Given the current situation in Iran, we have decided it is no longer a route we will be able to risk. Currently, we are discussing the possibility of driving through Georgia and Azerbaijan, and sailing across the Caspian; more details to come!
