I will be running the Auckland Half Marathon to raise funds for Litefoot - helping to inspire New Zealanders to be environmental champions.

I've created this page because I want to do my part in caring for Papatūānuku - our Mother Earth. I'm inspired by the work of Litefoot and want to support them by raising money as part of my participation in 2019 ASB Auckland Marathon.

I have recently started working for Litefoot and I believe in our mission and vision - we all need to do our part in reducing our environmental footprints. Litefoot is helping sports clubs across New Zealand achieve this.

On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
