Peak to pub Run 2020

The peak to pub run is a triathlon consisting of skiing, mountain biking and running that starts at the top of Mt Hutt and ends in Methven town. My brother and I will be competing in support of I AM HOPE charity with all proceeds going towards the support and counselling of young New Zealanders all across the country who are to financially unstable to get immediate help. I AM HOPE is the youth and community focused support group run by The Key to Life Charitable Trust, started by Mike King. For the last three years Key To Life have been promoting positive attitudinal societal change in schools and communities up and down the country. Government agencies are doing their best, but some kids are stuck waiting up to six months to receive the counselling they urgently need. We connect kids with mental health counsellors and practitioners in their region or online, so they can get timely support, without the added stress of how to pay the bill. ​
