    Huge thanks to those who have supported me while I cycle, and the Joyya communities over in India through your donations. It's not too late if you want to pop a little something across! Attached are a few pics of the sorts of waste I've been coming home with at the end of each work day. Maybe a bit obsessive?! but I find a sense of purpose in redirecting these resources for creative spaces to use. Every little bit we can keep out of our landfill matters! During this month I have also taken a cycle skills course to increase my confidence on the Christchurch roads. This means that for me that while this campaign is coming to an end, my cycling is just getting started! Ngā mihi nui friends, keep up the mahi in your corners of the world!

  • Come reCYCLE with me!

    Over the past few years I have become increasingly aware of the mismanaged waste in my corners of the world. These places include work, home, friends homes, publics spaces etc. Waste is not a pretty topic, but I personally feel pretty committed to doing my bit to ensure that a bit less trash goes to landfill during my time here. For this month I am committed to cycling the often forgotten recycling items including bottle tops, soft plastics and tetrapaks across town to their various drop off points. I am committed to doing my bit to "spark good" across the seas in Kolkata and here in my neighbourhood, all while burning the quads.
